Personal Consultation Appointments

You may make, modify and/or cancel your consultation reservation up to five (5) business days prior to your reservation date. Any cancellations, modifications and/or changes made within four (4) business days or if you are unreachable at the time of the scheduled reservation at the phone number you provided, will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit and a charge for the entire amount of the consultation.

No refunds will be given for completed consultations.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 

Live Events

All live event ticket/reservation sales are final. A full refund of the purchase price will be given for cancelled events only. No refunds will be given without the original tickets, if issued or reservation confirmation if tickets were not issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled events must be requested within 30 days of the event cancellation. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.

Product Return Policy

We certainly expect that you will be satisfied with your product purchase; however, in the unlikely event you need to return an item, please review the following return guidelines.

Return Policies:

  • All refund requests must be made through the place of purchase within 30 days of the original sale (invoice) date.
  • Any original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Any return delivery/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All refunds/credits will be processed using the same method of payment utilized with the original order.
  • All products must be returned with original sales receipt.
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition.

Return Procedures:

  • Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to returning any product.
  • You may obtain RMA # by contacting Customer Service via email by clicking on “Contact Us” at the top of this page.
  • Once the RMA# has been obtained from us please write it on the outside of the package and return the package, postage paid, to the address provided with the RMA #.
